Photothermal-Gas Synergistic Cancer Therapy In article number 2206749, Benhui Hu, Yun Liu, and co-workers propose a cascade reaction-promoted CO release strategy to realize augmented photothermal-gas synergistic cancer therapy. Gold-based porphyrinic coordination polymer nanosheets synthesized by simple aqueous phase reaction, with ultrasmall zero-valent gold as the node, have advantages of high drug loading capacity, photothermal conversion efficiency catalytic activity. Furthermore, it has good biological safety can be easily degraded excreted through kidney after treatment.
